I’m not seeing my checklist
If you can’t find the checklist you want to work with:
If you haven’t started working on the checklist, contact your supervisor to verify that:
- It has the right start and end time.
- It’s assigned to the right group or user.
- It has the right status.
My device switches between the mobile and desktop versions
If you want to set a default mode for your device:
If you use several devices, the setting won’t affect another device’s mode, and you can set the default version on the other device similarly.
I can’t enter negative values in my numerical readings
If you want to add negative values or a special symbol to a numerical reading:I don’t know what work order the checklist is created from
If you want to see the details of a work order the checklist is created from:
If the name isn’t displayed as a blue link, the checklist is created from a template or its tasks.
I’m not seeing my scheduled checklists
If you can’t find your scheduled checklists:Check for missing checklists
In the right corner, select More options (…) > Check for missing checklists. It may take up to 10 seconds to find the checklists.
Create missing checklists
Select Create checklists if there are scheduled checklists that weren’t created.
- You must be a template or checklist admin.
- You can search within a 7-day range only.
- You can search the current date and past dates, not future dates.
- You must use the desktop version of InField.
- Make sure that the checklist you’re trying to find is in Ready and has been in Ready at the moment you’re referring to.
- Make sure that the checklists are still scheduled.
