Configure apps and solutions to work seamlessly with data from Cognite Data Fusion (CDF).
Configure apps and solutions
To set up assets and visualize data in the previous InField experience, you need to plan and configure the source data and the Cognite Data Fusion (CDF) project that will power the application.
Before users can sign in with their organizational ID and retrieve data from CDF in Grafana, Power BI, and Excel, an administrator needs to register and consent for the organization to use the solutions.

This article explains how you can use the Cognite Data Source for Grafana to use a Cognite Data Fusion (CDF) project as a data source in Grafana to query, explore and visualize data that's stored in CDF.
📄️ Microsoft Power Query for Power BI and Excel
You can use OpenID Connect and your existing identity provider (IdP) framework to manage access to Cognite Data Fusion (CDF) data securely. We currently support Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft's cloud-based identity and access management service.
