# Flows 工作区

开始探索，搜索数据，或从侧边栏打开一个工具。您也可以在任何 <span class="ui-element">Flows</span> 工具中与 <span translate="no">Cognite Atlas</span> 聊天。

➀ <span class="ui-element">切换工作区</span> — 若要切换到其他工作区，请点击 <span class="ui-element">Flows</span> 工作区名称，然后从菜单中选择一个工作区。

➁ <span class="ui-element">折叠/展开</span> — 点击图标以折叠 (**\<\<**) 或展开 (**>>**) 侧边栏，例如，在查看图表时腾出额外空间。

## 与 <span translate="no">Cognite Atlas</span> 聊天

从侧边栏打开 <span class="ui-element">Ask Atlas AI</span>，以询问有关您的工业数据的问题。与内置的 <span translate="no">Atlas</span> 代理聊天，或选择您自己的代理。在每个 <span class="ui-element">Flows</span> 工具中，聊天体验都是相同的。

在聊天中，您可以：

* **提及资源**：输入 `@` 以固定特定的资产、时间序列、文件、文档或活动。符号会显示资源类型。当名称相似时，提及功能可告知智能体您指的是哪一项。
* **打开引用**以预览来源（例如文档页面），并根据需要跳转至 [<span class="ui-element">搜索</span>](/zh/cdf/explore/search) 进行验证。
* 在回复中使用 **条形图、KPI 磁贴、表格或 <span class="ui-element">Charts</span> 时间序列**。您可以在对话中查看结果。
* **评价回复**：使用点赞或点踩，并可选择添加评论。Cognite 使用此信息来提高质量。

要使用 <span translate="no">Atlas AI</span>，您需要这些 [功能权限](/cdf/access/guides/capabilities#atlas-ai)。如果您的组织配置了智能体，请从 [<span class="ui-element">智能体</span>](/zh/cdf/explore/agents) 中打开它们。

## 总结文档或针对文档提问

在某些工具中，您可以使用 <span class="ui-element">AI 探索</span> <Icon icon="sparkles" /> 来总结 PDF 文件并针对其提问。

  <span class="ui-element">AI 探索</span> 最适用于不超过 1 MB（约 500 页）的 PDF 文件。其他文件类型可能有效，但未正式支持。
</Note>

选择 <span class="ui-element">AI 探索</span> 以：

* **总结**：生成文档内容的摘要。
* **提问**：根据文档内容获取答案。

  您可以通过以下方式对多个 PDF 文件提问：

  * <span class="ui-element">[搜索](/zh/cdf/explore/search)</span>：针对直接或间接链接到 <span class="ui-element">文件</span> 选项卡下 <span class="ui-element">概览</span> 中主文件的文件进行提问。
  * <span class="ui-element">[Canvas](/zh/cdf/explore/canvas)</span>：在提问之前选择多个文档。
  * <span class="ui-element">[InField](/zh/cdf/infield)</span>：指定您希望从多个或所有文件中获取信息。
