Manage search categories
Set up the default display of data when users search in the Industrial tools workspace. You can set and order properties that'll show up as default columns, and set the order of properties in the Filters list and on the Properties preview card and tab.
The features described in this section are currently in beta testing and are subject to change.
Before you start
Make sure you have the necessary access capabilities.
Configure categories and properties

Navigate to the Admin workspace > Project settings > Categories.

Select Configure > + Add to configure a category or select a category from the list to edit.

In the Settings panel, select Columns, Filters, or Properties.

Select the properties to appear as default columns when you search. Drag properties to reorder the list. Select 👁 to hide properties. Users can override the default settings on the search pages. Keep the number of default columns below 10 to avoid slow performance.

Drag properties to reorder the list on the Properties preview card and on the Properties tab on the search results page. The first eight properties appear on the card. The remaining properties display when you expand to the Properties tab. Select 👁 to hide properties.
Users can't interact with any hidden properties.
