- Java Runtime Environment (JRE) version 8 or newer. Cognite recommends Java 11 or 17 since these have long-term support.
- If you're running the extractor as a jar file, install an OpenJDK 1.8-compliant Java Virtual Machine (JVM) on the machine with the extractor. Cognite recommends the Java Development Kit (JDK) version to run the extractor since it allows for better monitoring.
